Internus Subsidium is a handbook on the nature of information through the knowledge of meta-cognition. Through a mixture of technical terminology, metaphorical ideas, and experiential exposure, this handbook presents itself as an alchemical text of transformation and inner healing. By observing reality through the fundamental parameters of perception and the observation of information itself, the mind may become transfigured by the renewal thereof. This book acts as a personal log of my discovery through experience and study as well as a public guide for those that may be seeking an alternative interpretation from the Western dogma of crude materialism.
Included with this handbook is a meta-cognitive diagnostic tool that I personally have used throughout the application of the information found within this book. By breaking down the elements of my perception and building them back up time and time again, I have healed and rediscovered parts of myself that had been lost long ago.
