"K-PAX, the ""is he or isn't he an alien?"" film starring Kevin Spacey and Jeff Bridges, arrives on DVD in a single feature-packed disc from Universal. The film is presented in a sharp 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen aspect ratio with a crisp soundtrack in Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround sound that leaves no mystery about what the characters are saying. The disc is filled with special features that will delight the earthbound viewer, including an alternate ending to the film, and director Iain Softley's reasons for ultimately not choosing it for the final theatrical version of the movie. Other special features include a ""making of"" documentary featuring interviews with cast and crew members, a film commentary by Softley, deleted scenes, a storyboard-to-final film comparison, production notes, and photographs by shutterbug Bridges of the production process.
