This book is a result of a lifetime of starting and failing at many diets and weight management programs. The KETO diet or lifestyle has had the best weight loss results for me to date. It is not an easy diet to sustain yet it is simple to follow. Like the Jim Rohn success quote: "it is easy to do and easy not to do". My wish for you is to take these "secrets" in the book and "take action" by getting started. For getting started is often the most important step in anything in life. Also, I wish a happy and healthy life for my eight lovely daughters and to set a proud example for them. Through my example and experience I hope you get a good start on a happy and healthy life through the lessons learned and applied from this book.
