This card is hand-signed by Tan, one of the visual effects model makers for ILM. He had his hand in making the visual effects for Return of the Jedi, The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones. Outside of Star Wars, Tan was highly involved in other classic films that ILM was a part of, including Poltergeist, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, multiple Star Trek films between 1982 and 1996, Jumanji and two Pirates of the Caribbean films, Dead Man's Chest and At World's End.
