As far back as Alikye Macayan could remember she has lived amongst humans, but she is not one of them. She is part of a unique race that was created by the Archangels. She is called a Guardian, an angel hybrid sworn to keep mankind safe from demons. But unlike her fellow Guardians, Alikye has always been different, felt different, like she doesn't belong.
