Ever since Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit, challenges with leadership have shaped our world. Over and over again, broken, self-serving people have assumed power and authority over their fellow human beings with disastrous results. Conflict, war, and suffering fill our history's pages right up to this present day. Few leaders, if any, apart from Jesus of Nazareth, have ever left behind a spotless legacy of sacrificial leadership. Whether in our businesses, the government, our communities, or our families, we continue to see numerous examples of abandoned values, betrayed trust, exploitation, manipulation, and the loss of integrity.
Our world will always be in desperate need of a leadership role model that genuinely seeks the betterment of all society. We need a better way-a perfect leadership role model we can always count on and trust. We believe his name is Jesus and practicing his principles of serving leadership will set you up to lead, love, and serve to change the world.
