Years ago, I would write in the notes app on my phone and ended up with so many notes I decided to put it all together and start writing in pages. This book is both vulnerable and deeply personal to me. Nothing you will read in this book is true. These words are but thoughts and observations. Some things I have merely noticed, some things I have overheard, and others I have felt and experienced first hand. Take what resonates with you and leave what doesn't.
