In the Medieval Norick, they're attacked by ruthless men sent to destroy the city. During the commotion, Suri and her sister become separated. It's then that Suri comes face to face with the barbaric Miles, Lord of Norick. He frees her of the assailants and takes her to his keep.
As Suri struggles to find her sister and return them to their own time, she begins to find a piece of her heart that's been shut away far too long.
