This workbook is an extremely useful device that will allow you to take stock of your journey and help keep you accountable to yourself and the goals you've set out to achieve. This workbook is meant to be tight and considerate of your time. You only need 7 minutes a day to make it work for you. That is not a lot of time, but it's a great use of 420 seconds.
