The editors and authors include the neurologic and orthopedic spine surgeons who initially developed these techniques, and the list includes the biggest names in spine surgery today. Each chapter will cover indications/contraindications, equipment, anatomy, step-by-step description of technique, complications and clinical pearls. The book will be heavily illustrated and printed in 4/c throughout.
