My Metabolic Miracle tell the story of my journey following Diane Kress' Metabolism Miracle plan. Metabolism Miracle is for people that have what Miss Kress named Metabolism B and is a very easy 3 step diet plan that saved my life. Focusing on cleaning out your pancreas, reducing overall body fat and "resetting" your metabolism, I saw immediate results both physically and mentally. This book tells my journey through this plan and how it has become a passion of mine to help as many as possible.
