On September 11, 2001, the World Trade Center in New York City was destroyed by terrorists. Now nine years later, former Olympian gymnast Deena Moore and former NYPD detective Javier Sanchez lead a team of adventurers known as the Neutrals: Gunner, Olympic, Bomb, Sneak, and Microchip.
