Topics includes: Introduction to nonprofit organizations, volunteer management, human resources management, nonprofit law, fundraising, strategic planning, financial management, program planning and management, marketing, public relations and communications. The workbook contains vocabulary, exercises and case studies that will help you to understand basic elements of nonprofit organizational management.It is the concept of Jorea McNamee (and written with the assistance of a ghostwriter) on behalf of her former inmate training program, The National Social Rehabilitation and Rentry Program. She later secured the CE approval for the training course from CFRE International on behalf of her immediate family's private foundation (defunct since Jan 2015), SJM Family Foundation, which she served as Executive Director. CFRE International and their global CFRE credential are endorsed by twenty professional associations in six nations, including New Zealand, Australia, etc. Participating Organisations, included The Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), an international professional organisation dedicated exclusively to developing the men and women who encourage charity in North America's health care systems. Established in 1967, AHP is the source for education, networking, information, and research opportunities in health care philanthropy.
