The book Off My Chest is a poetry book that focuses on the importance of emotions and experiences. It's meant to encourage self expression and promote allowing oneself to feel whatever emotion needed without feeling ashamed. My hope is that my work can help others whether it be in relating to the written work, or inspiring them.
Due to this goal there is something unique about the printed book version. At the end of each poem there is a blank note page or pages (depending on the length of the poem), intended for the reader to use to express themselves about what they've read as they see fit!
