It can be used to assess the building operations of Commercial, Residential, and Education typologies. The manual consists of a set of criteria and measurements used to assess the sustainability performance of new and existing building projects and documenting the degree to which the requirements of Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS) have been met.
