Born in Brooklyn, New York, to late John Allen McAllister Sr. and late Virginia Scott-McAllister, Joni Nicole McAllister is the second of eight children raised in the South Bronx. She holds both an Associate and Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Empire State University, a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Liberty University, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry from Apex School of Theology.
With over forty years of ministry experience, Joni is passionate about training associate ministers who feel called by God but lack adequate ministerial training to meet the needs of their congregation or provide support to their senior pastor.
