In this report we derive estimates for the displacements, strains, stresses, and their derivatives in the interior of a thin plate. The estimates are given in terms of the maximum strains and the thickness and diameter of the plate. The estimates are used to derive formulas for the displacements, strains, and stresses in terms of the Vertical displacement.
