Not quite twenty, not quite graduated from the conservatorium of music, and not quite a world-famous solo cellist, Nadia is not quite the Princess Perfect her father declared her to be at age six. As she struggles to meet her own impossibly lofty standards, she also struggles with the demands placed upon her by her relationships-with lovers, rivals, mentors, and her own past.
