The Proceedings is a collection of papers from NPA members that were presented at the 21st Annual NPA Conference held November 19-21, 2014 in Baltimore, MD USA. NPA Conferences attract scientists from around the world, who work in many different areas of science, and are interested in pursuing alternatives to the mainstream. The present proceedings include papers on critical analysis of the theory of relativity, gravitational and climate anomalies, alternative explanations of some astronomical phenomena, and the causal interpretation of quantum mechanics. Some of the ideas presented here might appear to be incorrect, while on the other hand, many could develop into new areas of physics in the future. NPA authors follow uncharted paths, and we cannot require the same scientific accuracy from research publications on new concepts as we expect from works in mainstream science. Publishing works with new concepts is absolutely necessary in order to chart new directions and to avoid monopolies in physics.
