On the website (2 years old), visitors repeatedly visiting to read the blogs are those who have built a community where we all learn from the information given. My intention had always been to build a small community of those suffering from mental illness, anxiety, and depression. Right now, I humbly took some blogs and created this book for those who do not have unlimited access to the internet. The inspired goal of writing has always been to help at least one person.
There are many books and social media posts that are out there currently. Praise be to God! These books and posts are sincere towards the betterment of the readers' lives.
