This is truly my heart and soul dedication to the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and what I have learned after being in and out of the rooms for 18 years of addiction, and now finally getting sober and staying sober. I wanted to create this workbook in hopes to help the next person that was just like how I was, sick and suffering, feeling like I had nowhere to turn, but to turn to substances to numb my pain. It wasn't until I was at my very rock bottom, that I finally said enough was enough, and I was done. I want to share my strength and hope with anyone who needs it, because that is how I will remain sober is only by giving it away
