How To UseOn Cheeks: - Apply to the apples of cheeks using fingers or the RMS Beauty Skin2Skin Blush Brush for a fast, diffused finish. - Focus color placement above the nostril line to lift the face, blend to soften the edges, and build for more color payoff.
