10-year-old Rosetta Blay is at it again! This time the spunky, fun loving, pig-tailed girl is flying high at the skateboard park. She and her best friend, Paulette, head for the skateboard park early on a Saturday morning. Despite their hopes and wild imaginations, little goes as planned.
