Cerebrate Senior Workbooks are designed to help keep older brains active. Healthy brains need a combination of learning new things and physical activity to help make new brain cells. Crossword puzzles just don't cut it so I created these workbooks so people can learn new things (or maybe relearn things from many years ago) and keep older brains active. This workbook contains 20 modules. You make like them all or maybe just a few. I encourage you to do them all. There is no time limit, do them when you feel like it. I have purposely not included the answers to the questions or puzzles because I feel that going back over the material to learn it well is more beneficial than giving up and looking in an answer guide.
