Learning martial arts through books, often results in an arduous task with less than expected results. Usually this is due to the way content is organised. In this book, the goal was to go beyond the way this information is presented. The main theme of the book, Siu Mui Fa Kyun, the famous sequence of the Choy Lee Fu Kung Fu system, is presented in an innovative schematic form with two photographic perspectives, accompanied by detailed explanations and some curious historical allusions. In addition, it explains the martial application of the main techniques of this choreography.
