Men still think they rule the world. Not anymore. Women have the power - right now - to harness their unique feminine abilities - their kick assets - to dominate in business. Thousands of books, articles, seminars, and programs push women to be empowered, to take charge, and to own their careers. It isn't working. Even with equal levels of education and experience and no matter what career they've chosen, women fail to make the same progress in their jobs as their male counterparts do. Women get fired, get discouraged and quit, or settle on jobs for which they are overqualified. Women need to jettison the societal norms fed to them and sustained by male domination. Women will never succeed playing by a male playbook. In order to get ahead, women have to play by women's rules using an entirely different playbook - one written by a woman for women.
