The sandbags for ankle weights are removable. Each weight comes with 5 removable sandbags which weighs 0.6 Lb. So the weight for each ankle can add or reduce sandbags from 1-3.5 Lbs depending on your level of fitness, one pair weights can be adjusted from 2-7LBS.
