The castle's Christmas decorations have been burned and torn down. The Knight Commander, Sir Henry, accuses a little white dragon named Luka. However, Luka claims innocence when Squire Mackenzie enters the room. She explains how Luka cannot breathe fire like other dragons. Suddenly, a tiny person named Helga appears and admits to possibly being responsible for the mess. She is a Norwegian Nisse with magical powers but her family is lost in the forest. She is upset and believes she will not have a Yule celebration. Mackenzie decides to help Helga find her family. During their search, they encounter mean dragons who attack them, but with the help of Helga's magic and her family's powers, they turn the dragons into bullfrogs. Unfortunately, Luka's mother is accidentally turned into a bullfrog as well. A unique solution is pursued. Ultimately, they enjoy their Christmas meal together and share holiday stories about their heritage and traditions.
