As parents we understand the importance of equipping our children with the tools they need to succeed beyond the classroom as they face immense academic pressure, develop frustration in relationships and get impacted by ever-present social media, and have anxieties about their future. This is not an individual but a shared struggle. What issues affect us in our forties begin in those formative teenage years and this is an important education on mental health and emotional well-being we missed and which our kids can benefit immensely from. We designed Student Life Design(R), our much loved program, as a research backed, coaching based life-experiential learning process, focussed on better academic, behavioural and life outcomes. This isn't just a workbook supporting our e learning courses but an important component of our mental health and emotional well-being movement.
