Robust fir wood forms this arbor, a timber that gives excellent durability along with the warp resistance that matters most on an arch, since a frame that twists as it weathers will never sit square again. The wood surface is finished with a protective painting that seals the grain and extends service life, and metal connectors join the members at every joint specifically to prevent deforming or cracking where fasteners would otherwise split the timber. The roof carries weight, not just shape. Its flat and arched profile allows hanging flower baskets, lights, or other decorative items directly overhead, and the frame is built to be adorned with balloons, fresh flowers, wreaths, vines, and LED lights as an occasion requires. Elegant grid trellises run down both sides, adding a note of sophistication while providing robust support for climbing plants working their way upward.Stability comes from the base. Thick supporting legs carry the structure, and inserting them into the soil is the recommended way to set it up, anchoring the arch rather than leaving it resting on the surface where wind can shift it.This 7-foot version measures 55 by 24 by 85 inches in orange and weighs 26.5 pounds. It is genuinely versatile, serving as a wedding entry, a patio entryway, or a garden climbing pergola depending on where it is placed.
