When Mrs. Webber falls ill and can't make it to school, Frankie and his fifth grade class follow the mystical teachings of their substitute, Mr. Potter. Mr. Potter's unique wardrobe, jolly and goofy demeanor, magic tricks, and interesting behavior leads the students to believe he is a real wizard.
