The ABC's of healing crystals is a general reference book for those who are interested in alternative healing methods. Many have heard of these beautiful gifts from nature. Yet, aside from the more well-known gemstones (such as Rubies and Diamonds), most aren't familiar with their wondrous emotional, mental, spiritual, & physical healing benefits. Crystals and gemstones have been around since the beginning of time. Since their discovery, humanity has interacted with crystals and gemstones to serve one purpose or another (for everything from increases in courage, wisdom, and faith to industrial uses). Once staples in ancient societies, crystals and gemstones have recently begun to become popular again. Although I do not advocate relying upon the healing benefits of these natural wonders, in favor of seeking professional help, if ever we find ourselves fighting tumultuous mental, spiritual, emotional, or physical battles. Yet, I do suggest incorporating them into your everyday regimen, as an extracurricular source of support. Crystals and gemstones have helped me through some of the toughest times of my life.
