I was born in Lebanon, a land steeped in ancient traditions and deep spiritual currents. In 1977, my family and I immigrated to the United States, and with that journey began a lifelong process of integration—of culture, identity, and ultimate meaning. I found myself standing between two seemingly opposing forces: the collective strength and unity of my Lebanese heritage, and the fierce individualism of American life. Rather than choose between them, I learned to weave them together. That early experience shaped everything. It taught me how to hold complexity, how to live in paradox, and how to find harmony in contrast. My academic path—through Paralegal Studies, Social Sciences, and Political Science—reflected my desire to understand the systems that govern both society and the human mind. But it was my spiritual search that truly transformed me.
Over the years, I immersed myself in a wide range of spiritual teachings: from the esoteric wisdom of Gnosticism, Hermeticism, and the Kybalion, to the heart-opening truths of A Course in Miracles, the mystical insights of Kabbalah, and the sacred texts of Catholicism. At first, these teachings seemed fragmented and contradictory. But over time, I began to see the thread that connects them all—a shared language of love, unity, and remembrance.
This book is the fruit of that journey. It is not a doctrine, but a distillation. It is not meant to convert, but to remind. It's for the seeker who has explored many truths but longs to understand how they fit together. It's for those who know there's something more, something whole, waiting to be uncovered. As a life coach, a mother, a scholar, and a spiritual explorer, I offer this work with both humility and hope. May it inspire you not only to think, but to remember. And may it gently guide you home—to yourself, to each other, and to the deeper unity that connects us all.
