Gabe's life was upended weeks before he started high school, when his father was sentenced to five years in prison. Ever since, Gabe's life has been about figuring it out-how to be the man of the house and a role model for his little brother; how to control his anger and stay out of fights; how to be a successful student; and how to forgive his father. Now it's senior year and he's rocking it-grades up, temper down, college applications in, and a sweet first boyfriend.
