It's a perfect world – if you're considered worthy enough to live inside one of the domed, protected cities, with nothing to do but amuse yourself. For those outside the cities, life is hard, but manageable.
Then a freak solar flare slags all electronics worldwide and turns the cities into mutation-creating deathtraps and disconnects the remains of humanity from each other, potentially forever.
Now, the New West is hard on everyone. But humanity survives and endures, because for the unworthy outside the domed cities, the old ways have never truly been left behind, and those who were shoved aside are now forced to lead the way.
And for some few, they seek the one City where the light never went out. Whether a myth or reality, the idea of the City brings hope to a world that has little of it left. But before they can find the City, they may just have to save this old new world...
