Carlos, the morphine-addicted professional assassin who spread panic on the island of Mallorca several years ago, receives a very special assignment this time from an American foundation: to execute what is called "historical justice." He reluctantly accepts the job, struck by the photograph of a woman, María García, whom he must avenge, hoping to forget Elena and someday reunite with his unknown daughter.
