Extreme sports enthusiast, Jaxon West, travels to the mystical San Luis Valley to conquer the slopes of The Great Sand Dunes. Just behind the massively tall peaks of Southern Colorado's Mount Blanca sits thirty square miles of nothing but sand. Blown against the mountain range for centuries, the Great Sand Dunes have only been growing, making way for some excellent boarding. As Jaxon arrives in Alamosa, he sets upon an adventure that he could have never expected, as suddenly a simple boarding trip goes downhill fast when he shreds upon a band of gold robbers. As they chase him through the high desert, Jaxon must traverse the Great Sand Dunes and escape the terrors of the Night Thing.
