The purpose of this journal is to provide you with a place to come with your thoughts during your healing process. Writing about your experiences and emotions can be a therapeutic way to process your feelings and gain insight into your trauma. You may use it however you desire( daily, weekly, monthly). Two vision boards are included. There is one for how you envision your life being during the healing process and one for after you have gone through your healing process. You are encouraged to use any form of inspiration you desire including pictures from magazines, phrases or simply your own words. Just be sure you make it personal to you.
