Absimil Halane, the leader of the Somali insurgent group Oo Dagaalka Ku, is on the run. His small group of handpicked, well-trained young men, lured into a life of terrorism with the promise of wealth and glory, failed in their attempt to assassinate the United States Secretary of State.
Despite his promises of success and escape, Halane only looks out for himself after the attack, and now he's on the run, desperate to return to his safe-haven in southern Somalia.
The CIA has other ideas, and deploys their only two operatives that have ever seen Halane in person, Ed "Pickles" Picatelli and Helen "Hot Rod" Young.
