Renee is a seventeen year old senior living in a small town in Florida. Everything is normal with her, if you exclude the separate entity that lives inside of her and takes over her body when she's in a weakened state. Convinced that it's a demon, Renee does everything she can to make sure it stays trapped in her mind. But there's nothing that she can do to prepare her for the three mysterious guys that enroll into her high school. Fueled by the devastation brought upon by uncovering her mother's secret, Renee allows them to convince her that she's a reincarnated version of a girl... from another world. Driven by her need to get away, and blinded by her budding romance with the guys, she follows them into another realm, hoping to finally have the answers to what she is and who she was before.
