In May of 2013, Max and Joyce Eliason entrusted their estate valued in excess of $250 million to the LDS law firm of Kirton McConkie located in Salt Lake City, Utah. They did so with the belief that their estate rich in oil properties was just as safe as the millions of dollars they had paid in tithes and offerings over the 59 years they were married. What has followed is the most criminal and heinous display of corruption which has led to Kirton McConkie and the leaders of the LDS Church unable to account for $1.00. This story goes on to show that not one State or Federal Judge will prosecute this matter due to the potential loss of faith in the leaders of the LDS Church who were made aware of this crime in february of 2019. This is the story of what is known in the industry as "The Old Switcheroo" and will serve as a warning to the public that if it can happen to "ME"; it can happen to you. This is the story of corruption redefined in both the Church and State and which is certain to confound the readers mind in disbelief as to how greed and power can destroy a person's soul and honor. This is the story of Eliason vs The LDS Church case no. 2:23-cv-00785 which has recently been filed in The United States District Court for the District of Utah wherein the defendants have no answer to over 50 allegations of RICO crimes against the victims Kirton McConkie and the LDS Church were paid millions to protect.
