The Parachute Goddess Project:
It is more than just sitting there getting a pretty picture taken...It is art with a cause. It is art; you are my muse, the parachute is a metaphor, and the goddess is who I want us to be with the experience.
It started with one parachute and now I have 23 parachutes, Which I have handcrafted into wearable art. In 2021 I started traveling around the USA in my RV with my Husband & two cats.
The Message behind this project is to every little girl that was told she isn't pretty enough, she won't be worth anything, and she has to fit into this category or that. Society has us all lining up to fit into a box we have outgrown as a generation... We sisters need to become a butterfly in our own skin and show others that it is ok to spread your wings and fly!
Each year I pick a cause to donate some of the proceeds.
This fourth book is for Childhood Illness, mainly a little girl in Jacksonville, Florida, whose mom reached out to me when we had just started the tour. Dani-Lynn is now 7 years old. She has been on the heart transplant list since she was 3. In this edition, I want all to feel empowered knowing they posed for a cause and got the Parachute Goddess Project to that little one.
In January 2023, we were able to reach Amelia (Dani-Lynn's mother) and was able to schedule an experience for Dani-Lynn, who just got out of the hospital two days prior to our session, we were going to reschedule, but this little warrior wanted to go ahead with her Princess Warrior Chute Experience, and we did, you can see a preview of the beauty we captured and see her whole experience in the 5th book
