I have soft and secure Velcro fasteners on the sides so you don't have to step in and out of me to wear - perfect for caretakers or those with limited dexterity. I can’t tell you how many times I have been thoroughly wear tested to ensure the Velcro doesn't scratch the body and or create any sensory issues. The Velcro is soft and flexible for comfortable long term wear, and makes it easy to fit around meters and ostomy bags. My extended gusset offers maximum coverage from front to back, and is made of organic cotton for ultimate comfort.
