The year: 2343 A.D. After much strife and struggle, humanity has finally achieved peace on Earth under one supranational government-the World Union. But in an era where powerful manned machine-giants have become a tactical reality, can peace be maintained?

Beneath the surface of the United States Union, and across the World Union, there exists a technologically advanced phantom society known only as the ARM X. An idealistic young soldier, Adam Jhen, finds himself face to face with one of the ARM X's agents-a ghost that has haunted him for seven long years. In the blink of an eye, Adam becomes caught in the crosshairs of a vast conspiracy surrounding the World Union, and discovers his loyalties, identity, and very perception of reality shaken to the core.
However, all the while, a dormant curse hangs over the World Union's fledgling Moon Colony Moori, and a threat beyond all imagination lies just on the horizon. The ever-shifting target lock will soon reveal the ARM X's true purpose. An entire generation of young men and women will be tested to the limit, and the Earth will never be the same.
