From the perspective of therapists, extramarital relationships emphasize the concept of infidelity, sexual diversity or betrayal. Infidelity is all behaviors and actions of a married person with the opposite sex outside the family framework. In a way that leads to friendly, intimate, emotional and romantic relationships, so that this relationship has specific emotions such as; Emotional, mood and behavioral turmoil and feelings of dissatisfaction for the acting spouse. When a woman is emotionally involved, she receives care, sympathy, love and understanding from a third party, withholds her feelings, condones and refuses to discuss problems in marital relationships.
