Abigail and her sister have made it off the planation while the winter storm covers their tracks. Her sister has her two young nieces who are set for the slave auction and the storm is the perfect cover for their escape. Just when Abigail is about to feel free the slave catchers descend upon them. In an a struggle Abigail makes a deal with one of the slave catchers and ends up caring for him while the storm passes. What Abigail soon finds her self in the loving arms of a white slave catcher enjoying the solitude of their romance during the storm. When the storm passes she finds herself wanting a man she cannot have while he is helping her escape.
