With Ian still trapped against his will in the dark lands and the peace folk scattered, the spreading of evil continues to bring ever increasing bouts of hopelessness and despair to the lands. Any optimism of fulfilling the impending prophecy seems to hang upon the edge of a knife awaiting a force to tip it one way or the other. That fear alone offers naught but foreboding gloom upon the lands of Ellezwrainia. What if it sways on the wrong course? All that was once good in life would be demolished with no doubt. The folks knew that if they were unable to reclaim Ian there would be no hope of a brighter future. More troubling was something Ian declared before loosing all touch with his peace filled life, "I can feel it in my heart. If there's any hope of getting me out of here, it is going to take a force beyond reckoning especially since I swore to the book of darkness to serve in shadow forevermore..." Those who held true to their promise of getting Ian out of the tainted lands have divided in an attempt to revive their fallen comrades and, in general, find stability once again. Unbeknownst to even the Chosen One, the servants of shadow have their own ploy to brew a power capable of terrible destruction. If the pure folk are unable to thwart the stirring danger with haste it may just spell the end of all that was once good in the lands of Ellezwrainia.
