Follow the journey of a reluctant mystic as he's drawn unwilling into the twisting, shifting world of the Esoteric Mysteries. He's been taught the Deep Wisdom and tasked with promoting the Primordial Tradition anew for his generation; what he's learned might even prove useful if he can ever get out of the mental institution he's been locked in. He's already discovered that there's no place in the modern world for a mystic but despite his ambivalence and fear for his sanity he can't help wandering further and further into the hazy boundaries between magic and madness.
