"There's Always Divorce" brings you along as Alessia is trying to come to grips with the fact that she is staring at the reality of a necessary divorce while heavily pregnant with her estranged husband's baby. It's an emotional journey of her dealing with the antics and toxicity of a lying, cheating and deceitful spouse but at the same time realizing that her problems really started before she was even born. She is forced to acknowledge her childhood's impact on who she is, to begin to shed light on how she got where she is today. But she isn't sure she has the strength to be what this baby deserves and save herself in the process too.
