Amelia Ainsworth wasn't looking for an arranged marriage, but she had finally given in to her aunt's pleas to set her up on a date with what Evelyne called "the perfect match." All she knows about Alistair is that he's the son of her friend, Merlyn, and a smart, kind-hearted young man in medical school.
